Welcome to my Blog.

I hope I can write here often. My name is Mike Dubin. I live on Cape Cod. I'm 47 and I have been trying to figure out what I've wanted to do with my life for the past three years. My family had a very successful textile business that unfortunately closed its doors shortly after my father passed in 2005. I was pretty close to my dad. we had adjoined offices. I was responsible for textile sales and order administration. I enjoyed working with him. After the company closed, I dove into professional photography [which I still do, from time to time]. I spent a few years helping a friend in Montreal. It was a very creative time and I was lucky to be able to be involved not only with textiles but fashion-on-model photography for all her web and catalogs. I knew that I wanted to be involved in something creative. I had been doing web design since the mid nineties. HTML seemed to be written just for me. My art background and the web were perfect for my skill-set.
